Sanandan (Sandy) Sudhir is not only our CEO and Co-founder but an accomplished inventor with over 20 years of experience in Product Design and Development. He believes in sharing his knowledge and contributing high value information into industry by conducting workshops and teaching at reputed institutions such as NID, NIFT and CEPT.

His expertise and unique perspective have allowed him to inspire innovation and offer mentorship to several start-ups, mid-sized and large corporations till date; a reason why Invent India is known as the start-up of start-ups. Sandy is a true thought leader with a passion to create end to end products focused on IP strategy; every conversation with him is a chance to learn, grow or even change the world!

He is a selfless individual who believes in taking clever risks and building patentable game changing products which can be shared with other businesses. He has been granted 6 patents (UK and USA) on his inventions while 21 others are pending in various stages. His informed opinions and intelligent insights allow him to recognise trends beforehand and have led to Invent India achieving actual business results and becoming “India’s best Industrial Design Studio” – The Pool Show 2019

Jyoti Sudhir

The Lead Lady & Co Founder of the Invent group Jyoti Sudhir is a Graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10000 Women Program from the prestigious IIM, Bangalore. Jyoti who holds a Masters in Human Development from the prestigious Lady Irwin College, Delhi University is also an Internationally Certified Personal Empowerment Life Coach, accredited and recognized by the Certified Coaches Alliances, Canada. She is currently focused on bringing ON2COOK, the flagship product of Invent Hong Kong to the market. With its patented combination cooking technology and the potential to disrupt the global cooking space, ON2COOK is the fastest cooking device on the planet.

With a rich experience of 17+ years in leadership, team and organization transformation, Jyoti has held various academic, corporate & partnership positions. She currently leads the Innovation Task Force and is an elected State Council Member for Confederation of Indian Industry, India’s largest trade body. She is also a Board Member of the prestigious Extension Services Committee, Ahmedabad Management Association. Jyoti is the immediate past Chairperson for the Indian Woman’s network, CII and plays a significant role in Policy & Advocacy for the Indian Industry.

Jyoti is a sought after public speaker and mentor who has more than 15 Awards and Honors to her credit including the Most Visionary Leaders APAC 2019, Women Power Winner 2019, National Entrepreneurship Award 2019 by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Women Super-Achiever Award 2020. Jyoti was also featured amongst the top 30 Women Entrepreneurs in India (2018) to watch out for by THE CEO Magazine.
